We reported rompers as one of the Spring 2008 trends and look what we see here........Mary-Kate Olsen in a Calvin Klein Collection romper. In the same post, we informed you that oversize clutches were another HOT Spring 2008 trend. What are your thoughts on Mary Kate rocking the romper and an oversized clutch from Miu Miu? Ok, besides where has she been, Christina Milian's fashion statement in this photo sparks a couple of questions ...let us know your thoughts on (1) Do you think holey jeans are HOT? (2) If so, where and when are they appropriate to wear and (3) would you rock them with open toe shoes?

Black sheer tights with ivory shoes?

We recently found out that TIGHTS are no longer the IT thing, but SHEER TIGHTS are....OK...sheer tights???? Come on...this is nothing more than stockings in our opinion. Anywho, we are the first to stand by "no rules" in fashion however, a great designer by the name of Michael Kors stated that your shoes should always be a shade darker than your pantyhose.

Both Nicky Hilton and Sarah Jessica Parker have done the exact opposite in the above photos.....so let us know your thoughts on (1) Sheer tights taking priority over the opaque tights and (2) what do you think about your pantyhose being darker than your shoes (more specifically, black hose with lighter shoes)?

Straw bags, shades, and scarf combo....

Speaking of in-between season clothing, due to the popularity of scarves this fall, they are now being worn year round. You will notice that stores are stocking up on light weight scarves for the Spring. And back again is STRAW BAGS!!!!! What are your thoughts on the straw bag and spring scarf combination?

Martini Toast to a Splash of Color!

It's time to start shopping colors...yes, the 80s is back... Colored shoes and purses are the IT thing for this Spring. Remember, your purse and shoes do not have to match!

Who we spotted rocking this trend:

Just when you thought loud colors were out the door....Rihanna has been spotted several times with colored shoes. She is one true trendsetter that knows a good trend when she sees one. You can depend on Rihanna to rock the latest.

1) Katherine Heigl sports a yellow blouse with a deep red bag.

2) Molly Sims in a Diane von Furstenberg dress sports a bright red bag.

3) Victoria Beckham in a Marc Jacobs dress sports a bright red bag - one of her favorites - the Hermes Birkin, with deep red shoes.

4) Victoria again in Marc Jacobs top with a Chanel scarf, Hermes Birkin bag and Louboutin heels.

You should wear your shoes or purse without putting much thought into it, but to simply highlight an outfit. Think of it as a "splash of color" to brighten up your look. Below, we use Mary-Kate to show you how your bag doesn't need to match anything you're wearing. She also wears a purple and black scarf to add another splash to her decor.
